Celeste 18″ Doll includes fun hip tie shorts that are fully lined, high waisted and have flat front waistband, and a slim fit.

The Celeste top is a chic bubble top with a high ruffle front neckline,  the adjustable waist and neckline features ties that extend around to the back. The Celeste Top has a open back but an option to add hook and eyes for a closed back is included.
