The Piper 18″ sewing pattern is a classic, feminine shift Dress or Top. The front features an box pleat down the middle allowing for amazing swing and comfort of wear. Piper feature a round neck with optional peter pan collar. The back neckline as an optional bow and tails to complete the look!

 Piper includes four sleeve lengths: Long, 3/4 Length, Short and Flutter. This makes Piper perfect for year round wear.  The Piper Top is perfectly paired with jeans, skirt, jumpers and pinafores!
