Amish Outfit 18″ Doll Clothes
Amish clothing is considered to be an expression of humility and non-conformity. They typically dress in a very simple style, with clothing made from plain fabrics in mainly dark colors. This PDF pattern will help you create a dress, bonnet, and two different styles of aprons.
Supplies Needed:
-1/2 yd. black fabric for bonnet and apron 1
-1/2 yd. colored fabric for dress
-1/3 yd. white fabric for apron 2
-Thread (to match each fabric)
-Iron-on backing
-3 ½” black elastic (1/4” wide)
-14” black ribbon (1/4” wide)
-3” of hook and loop tape
