-26” of 5/8” Fold-Over-Elastic (FOE)
-3/8” x 3 ½” hook and loop tape
-Matching thread
Tutu:
-108” x 8” Tulle
-3 yards of 1/8” ribbon
-12” long elastic ¼” wide
-Matching thread
-Small safety pin
