Rozanna 18″ Doll Clothes Pattern
Your 18-inch doll will love this gorgeous versatile summer Dress with its Skirt/Camisole combination from Little Miss Muffett. The ensemble comprises a Dress, which is made to look like a Skirt with a Camisole Top and a Chiffon Blouse with layered Bell Sleeves.
The lined Camisole Top, which closes at Center Back with Hook & Loop Tape, has a straight neckline and narrow shoulder straps. The Skirt consists of a topstitched Basque with inverted pleats.
The Chiffon Blouse is fully lined with Chiffon, has layered bell sleeves and a broad waistband which is finished with a small ribbon bow or ribbon roses. The Blouse closes at Center Back with small buttons and button loops.
Fabric Variation: A pretty summer Dress made from Cotton instead of a combination of Cotton and Satin.

Fabric used in examples: For the Dress and Blouse – Quilters’ Cotton was used for the Pleated Skirt in the Camisole / Skirt combination and for the Dress Variation. Satin was used for the Bodice in the Camisole / Skirt combination. Chiffon was used for the Blouse and Lightweight cotton was used for the Dress Bodice Lining.

- Dress Bodice: Satin or as desired – 4 ½” x 17”
- Dress Variation: Quilters’ Cotton – 10” x 44”
- Bodice Lining : Lightweight Cotton – 6” x 10”
- Blouse: Medium Weight Chiffon – 18” x 24”
Notions:
- Hook & Loop Tape for Dress Center Back Opening – 2 ¾” x 3/8” wide
- Buttons for Blouse – 3 x ¼” wide
- Ribbon Bow or Rose Decoration for Blouse – As Desired
- Lightweight Tear Away Stabilizer for Sleeves (Optional) – 8” x 8”
Matching Thread, Erasable Marking Pen, Pressing Tools, Teflon™ Sheet, Curved Embroidery Scissors, Point Turner, Clear Tape, general sewing supplies. A Universal Sewing Needle – 80/12, General Purpose Foot and a ¼” Foot are used throughout the sewing process.
