1927 Coat and Tam 18″ Doll Clothes Pattern
Make a classic 1927 inspired Coat and Tam with this beautifully designed pattern by Keepers Dolly Duds. This fully lined mid-length coat features an art deco style notched collar and off center opening that fastens with three buttons below the hip line. A neat little kick pleat in the back gives this simply styled coat a nice tailored finish. A smart looking tam with a ruffled accent tops off this 1920s ensemble.
This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit 18″ dolls such as American Girl®.
Suggested Fabrics: Coat and Tam in medium weight woven fabric such as textured weaves, twill, corduroy, wool, flannel, or linen. Not suitable for knits. Coat Lining in lightweight lining fabric, silk, lawn, or batiste. Not suitable for knits.
