All Dolled Up 14-14.5″ Doll Clothes Pattern
When it is time to get dressed up, this outfit is the perfect choice! The outfit is cute and sassy whether it be for a birthday party or a fancy family affair. The top has dolman sleeves and a ruffle bib and the skirt features 6 godets, which gives the skirt its flare.

Supplies Needed:
Top:
-1/4 of a yard of a woven fabric with a soft drape
-Hook and Loop Tape – 5 inches
-matching thread
-for contrasting collar 1/6 of a yd, rest of top 1/4 yd
Skirt:
-a piece of woven fabric 9 inches long by 20 inches wide or a half of a fat quarter
-Hook and Loop Tape – 3 inches
– matching thread
