Alyvia Dress 18″ Doll Clothes Pattern
With this dress, your doll will be ready for any occasion, the first day of school or picture day; or her best friend’s birthday party. The Alyvia dress features a scalloped yoke with buttons, cute banded pockets and a lined bodice. You can make it your own by mixing and matching fabrics, buttons or no buttons, pockets or no pockets. This pattern teaches you three different techniques for stitching out the pockets: traditional method; a template method; and the fusible web applique method. Learn how to stitch those scallops with ease.

Recommended Fabrics: Light to medium-weight woven fabrics, such as cotton.
Supplies Needed:
- 1/3 yard or Fat Quarter (18” x 22”) for the main dress
- 1/3 yard or Fat Quarter (18” x 22”) for contrast
- Scraps for lining the bodice
- Matching thread
- 4- tiny buttons
- 4 inches of hook and loop tape or snaps
- Marking tool of your choice
- Scraps of fusible web (if using this technique)
