Design details include:
- Above the knee skirt length
- Working front pockets
- Smooth flat front waistband with elastic in the back portion to provide a perfect fit for a variety of waist measurements
Supplies Needed:
- ¼ yard fabric
- Narrow elastic, 1/4 inch width recommended
