Button Up Beauties 15″ Baby Doll Clothes
Button Up Beauties, by Ma Petite Cherie Couture, are a style that is enduring through all generations. It features heirloom details such as pleating and piping. The piping is made out of the same fabric as the shorts or skirt. The shorts or skirt button on to the shirt or blouse with real working buttonholes and are fully lined. This PDF pattern is designed to fit 15″ dolls such as Bitty Baby®.
Recommended Fabrics: Cotton for the shirt or blouse and cotton or lightweight wool for the shorts or skirt
Supplies Needed:
For 2 shirts:
-1/2 yard cotton fabric for 2 shirts
-12 1/4″ buttons with shank
-6 1/4″ flat buttons for shirt closure
-small amount light weight fusible interfacing
-2 yard size 3 crochet cotton or a firm worsted yarn
-matching thread
-For Shorts:
-1/3 yard cotton or light weight wool fabric
-1/4 yard cotton fabric for lining
-matching thread
