Design details include:
- A fully lined bodice with princess seams on both the front and back.
- Waistband detail that can be cut on the bias for added interest.
- Pleated circle skirt with 10 box pleats.
- Lace-trimmed hemline.

Supplies Needed:
- 2/3 yard fabric (The skirt is 20-inches in diameter, cut on a single layer of fabric)
- Hook and loop tape (alternately, snaps or buttons can be used)
- 1-1/2 yards 3/8” width lace with scalloped edge
- Thread
- Sewing Machine
- Iron and pressing tools
- Point turner
- Double-sided Basting Tape
