Darcey Dress Pattern for Build-A-Bear Dolls
Easy to make dress with lined bodice and optional tulle underskirt. Optional waistband. Pattern lends itself to many fabric choices so many versions can be made e.g. casual or evening wear.
Designed to fit 15–18 inch teddy bears such as Build–A–Bear Workshop®.
Recommended Fabrics: Cotton, Lightweight Satin, Tafetta
Supplies Needed:
- Fabric –20 inches x 22 inches (50cm x 55cm ) *
- Lining –20 inches x 6 inches (50cm x 15cm )
- Hook & Loop Tape
- Matching Thread
- Sewing machine
- Iron
Optional Underskirt:
- Tulle –33 inches x 5¼ inches (83cm x 13cm)
Optional Waistband:
- Matching / Contrasting Fabric –18inches x 2½ inches (45cm x 6cm) OR
- Ribbon -18inches x ¾ inch (45cm x 2cm )
