Greatest Generation: WAC Hats 18″ Doll Clothes Pattern
The WAC “Hobby Hat”. This cap has a flat circular top and straight down sides with a flat brim. Includes a thin strap that rests on the visor of the cap.
The Garrison Cap or Field Service Hat replaced the Hobby Hat later in the war and for those serving overseas. It is easily folded when not in use. It has a narrow split folded top and shapely overlapping sides folded sides. Piping can be used to distinguish.
Easy to wear with a rockin’ 40’s victory curl or pack for travel.
