Supplies Needed:
Mask
- Different colors of felt
- Heavyweight stiff interfacing for mask back
- 22” of cording or ribbon for ties
- Fabric flower
- 4” of ⅛” ribbon for whiskers
- 3½” of decorative trim
- Hot glue
Capelet
- Small piece of faux fur
- Small piece for lining
- 20” of ribbon for front ties
Bubble Skirt
- ½ yd of 36” wide fabric
- ½ yd of decorative trim
- Medium weight fusible interfacing
- Small piece of ½” hook and loop tape
