Supplies Needed:
-1/3 yard of fabric
-thread
-1 ½” of ¼” elastic for the headband
-pen to mark fabric with (blue wash away)
Skill Level: Easy/beginner. You will need the basic understanding of how to use a sewing machine and be familiar with sewing straight seams, gathering, and sewing a hem.
