My Sunshine Dolls Lena 23″ Cloth Doll Pattern
Lena is a soft, huggable and easy to make cloth doll, from My Sunshine Dolls. She is designed to be played with, but recommended for children ages three and up as there are buttons on the arms. The pattern does show an alternative to attaching the arms without buttons. The digital download includes a pattern and instructions to make this adorable doll and removable skirt.
This is a perfect pattern for the advanced beginner seamstress. It includes an 11 page pattern with detailed directions and full color assembly photos, 3 pages of printer friendly directions and 4 pages of pattern pieces. There are no pattern pieces for the skirt. Directions for cutting these pieces are given on the cutting instructions page.
Lena’s measurements are as follows:
•Torso: 7”

Recommended Supplies: Cotton, tulle, felt

- 1 fat quarter in skin color for face, arms and legs
- ½ yard fabric for dress body and skirt
- ½ yard of tulle for skirt
- 48” of ⅜” ribbon
- 1 piece of felt for hair front and back and shoes
- 1 scrap piece of felt for mouth
- Yarn (matching felt hair color)
- Fabric marker
