Supplies Needed:
-1/3 yd. woven fabric for body
-1 scrap rip-stop fabric for body
-1 scrap faux fur fabric for base (optional)
-Thread
-Scrap tulle or 3” tulle roll
-16” zipper
-1/2” twill trim
-Double fold bias tape
-hook and loop tape
-1/2” trim, parachute buckle (size 0.5”/12mm),
-jump ring (15mm), large jewelry clasp,
-and charm for pet collar (optional)
