Sporty Bag 18″ Doll Accessory Pattern
Your doll will have the cutest bag on the team with the Sporty Bag PDF Pattern from Doll Tag Clothing! This bag will be perfect for any sport and features variations for a gathered or flat working pocket on either side of the bag.
Dimensions of finished bag are:
Height – 4.25”
Length – 6.25”
Width – 2.5”
Supplies Needed:
-Fabric 1 and 2: ¼ yard or fat quarter for top and bottom of bag
-Fabric 3: Remnant for pockets (Optional: you can do the gathered pocket with mesh fabric)
-Ribbon Tape: 28” gross grain ribbon or ribbon tape or flexible braid – ½” wide
-Nylon Zipper: 10” (25cm) narrow
-Narrow elastic: ¼” wide – 3”
-Thread
-Fusible Interfacing: This is only if you are using cotton or thinner fabric. It is to add stiffness to the fabric so that the bag stands upright.
-Embellishment: Optional – Stick on jewels or iron-on motive to decorate the pocket (2” x ½”)
-Bag base: Box Cardboard Remnant Bag Base: Duck Tape
Skill Level: This is an intermediate level pattern.
