Spring Blossom Pattern for Disney Animator Dolls
Let Spring blossom with this fun summer dress. Play with fabric and color for a variety of looks. The pattern includes sleeves or can be done sleeveless. The bodice is fully lined. Don’t sew on the skirt and you have a cute spring top. The flower and bow are sewn onto the dress by hand. hook and loop tape closure in the back. This PDF pattern is designed to fit Disney Animators Collections Dolls.
The Spring Blossom pattern is available in three great sizes: 18″ dolls such as American Girl®., Disney® Animators’, and 14.5″ dolls such as WellieWishers™
Recommended Fabrics: Light weight woven fabrics. Quilter’s cotton. Cotton.
Supplies Needed:
-Fabric 1 – Bodice and Overlap – 22” x 8” or half Fat Quarter
-Fabric 2 – Skirt and Flower – 22” x 4” or quarter Fat Quarter
-Fabric 3 – Binding, Bow and Flower Stem – 9” x 5.5”
-Fabric 4 – Lining – 13” x 6”
-Matching threads for Fabrics 1, 2 and 3
-3.5” hook and loop tape (5/8” width – cut in half to get about ¼” wide)
-Fabric Pencil or Pen Marker
-Hand sewing needle
-Loop Turner
-Iron and ironing board
