The shorter length is fun and flirty, while the longer version is perfect for a garden party or cruise wear. When she wears this dress, she can’t help but twirl!

Supplies Needed:
-Fabric VIEW 1 – one fat quarter or 1/4 yd 45” wide
-Fabric VIEW 2 – two fat quarters or 1/3 yd 45” wide
-5 inch length of 1/4” wide elastic
-One (3 to 4 yd) package of 1/4” wide DOUBLE FOLD bias trim
(If bias is purchased by the yard: 2 5/8 yd for VIEW 1 OR 2 7/8 yd for VIEW 2)
-Thread to match
-Standard sewing tools
