Teddy Bear Amigurumi Crochet Pattern
Need a beautiful handmade gift? How about a cute and cuddly Teddy Bear? This little amigurumi guy is fun to make. There are so many fun color options, the possibilities are endless! You could use a textured yarn to make the bear look fuzzy. The teddy bear pictured was made using worsted weight 100% acrylic yarn.
A gauge is included in this pattern. But for this pattern gauge does not matter too much because you aren’t making something that needs to fit someone. If you check the gauge, this Teddy Bear will be about 8″ tall in the sitting down position. He can stand up or sit down depending on how you sew his legs to his body. If you would like a smaller bear, use a smaller weight yarn and hook. If you would like a larger bear, use a larger weight yarn and hook. The trick is to crochet tight and use a small enough hook that the stuffing does not show through the crochet fabric.
