York Harbor Sweater 18″ Doll Clothes Knitting Pattern
This nautical inspired sweater, by Clarisse’s Closet, has a sweet sailor-style collar and a fitted design, just right for wearing alone as a top, or as a cardigan over a dress or tank. A contrasting stripe along the hemline and collar add to the nautical vibe, and the broken rib waistband and sleeve cuffs add a decorative touch. The sweater is knit flat, with the sleeves and collar knit separately and seamed in place. Choose the cropped length with 4 buttons, or longer length with 5 buttons down the front.
Finished chest circumference: 11 1/2″ (29 cm).

- Size US 1 (2.25mm) (or size needed to obtain gauge).
Gauge
– 16 sts x 24 rows = 2″ (5 cm) square in Stockinette stitch after blocking.

- 4 or 5 Buttons [7/16″-1/2″ (11-12 mm) diameter]
- 2 Stitch markers
- 2 Stitch holders or scrap yarn
- Tapestry needle
- Sewing needle and thread
- Blocking tools

- Fingering weight, approximately 30g/160yards/146m of C1 and 12yds/11m of C2.
